Dana {3rd Grade Gridiron}

Hey, y'all!

My name is Dana from 3rd Grade Gridiron.
I'm excited to collaborate with the authors of Owl-ways Be Inspired!  More importantly, I'm excited to collaborate with all of YOU!

First, I'd like to formally introduce myself.  :)

Teaching:
I have been teaching for nine years.  I taught 1st grade for six years and 3rd grade for 3 years.  I have a Bachelor's degree from Georgia College and State University, a Master's degree from the University of Georgia, and a Specialist's degree from Piedmont College.
Personal:
I'm born and raised in Georgia.  I grew up in Thomson, GA and currently live in a suburb of Atlanta.  I'm married to my silly and laid back hubby Dave.  We don't have children (yet), but we do have an adorable Cockapoo named Maggie.
Next, I would like to share my exclusive freebie!
And it's just for our Owl-ways Be Inspired friends!!!
It's a secret code activity that your kids are sure to love!  There's even a question included at the end...so you can use it as a writing activity (and get a good idea of their beginning of the year skills).

Enjoy!
