Hello! I just came across this blog while searching around for 2nd grade materials. I don't know if you are open to adding another 2nd grade blogger on here, but I would love to join you. Although I've been teaching for 13 years, I just started in the blogging world not too long ago. I taught 3rd for 5 years, 1st grade for one year (God bless first grade teachers!!), and am currently on my 7th year teaching 2nd grade. You can take a look at my blog at http://lightscamerateach.blogspot.com/. Again, I'm not sure if this is an open group or not so I may be totally off base. Just thought I'd ask though. I love this idea. Last year I looped with my 1st & 2nd graders but this year I will be co-teaching in a multiage classroom and this blog will be great to get ideas from. Cant wait to read all you wonderful ladies will post!
Can't wait! I just signed on with a new school where I'll be looping from 2nd to 3rd, my two favorite grades!

Third graders get my humor...apparently I have the sense of humor of a third grader is probably the better way of putting that.
